Rasio molar adalah rasio mol amoniak dan fosfat Asam di DAP. Garam yang terdiri dari campuran MAP dan DAP, MAP dan perubahan yang sempurna DAP terjadi pada pH 8,2, sedangkan perubahan lengkap dari DAP menjadi MAP terjadi pada pH 4.4.
